| WORLDWIDE Shipping: We offer many different
shipping methods for your convenience. We ship your cigars knowing that
we have a delicate product. Please read our Claim Information section!
Arrival of your order will take from three (3) to as many as fourteen (14) business days depending on the type of shipping. : All countries will receive cigars in their original boxes with the bands, as they were originally packed. ALL CLIENTS! Please be assured that we have carefully designed your packaging for your cigars to arrive to your home safely and fresh! Claim Information: Upon receiving your merchandise, please DO NOT throw away the original packaging from your courier. You will need this in case you have a claim. If the contents of your package have been damaged due to mishandling by the courier we are NOT responsible. Duties and Taxes: Each Client is responsible for paying their host countries duties and/or taxes on tobacco if applicable.
